• Do a proper Site Analysis (measure & draft a drawing of the property in scale, with features that exist and are to be kept)
• Landscape Design Plan: incorporate desired changes from bubble diagram into scale drawing from Site Analysis.
Plan features: safe pathways around home & driveways, rain garden / rock bed gardens for collecting water from downspouts, add more privacy, create a private seating area by table & bench with comfortable flooring, make note of existing plants & favorite plants, find good spots for native & local garden favorite plants like lilac in design, fill out rest of yard to feel more complete.
